Court House development - at least a 5.6% return

We were really excited to see the scaffolding go up at the Court House in Melton Mowbray and now our friends at Bentons are selling the units in this development. There is a mix of apartments and townhouses the most desirable of which will be the 2 bed townhouses. 

Selling for £105,000 with a car parking space (essential) these would easily let for £495 pcm achieving 5.6% return but we may get £525 pcm when they are finished. This would produce a potential 6% return.
